"There was a rusted-through hole in the sink that dumped water all over the floor. There were weird black stains on the mirror. When I arrived in my room, the phone was flashing red so I called the front desk to ask why. "Just ignore it," they said. Ignore a red flashing light next to my head while I try to sleep?? I wound up unplugging the phone. I could go on, but bottom line is this hotel is too much of a wreck."

"Helpful staff. They need more staff as all of the amenities are not open because they do not have staff to run it. My room was GREAT! They need better communication with events in the hotel. This is all staffing issues. Sunday morning all the garbage pails were still full need grounds crew overnight to clean up the outdoor areas and the hall ways of debrie. "This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s been totally refurbished and the rooms are beautifully decorated and so clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a junior suite with a couch and outside patio. Saw deer, geese and various birds on property. The bathroom was great. Radiant heated floors and towel heating bars. This place is luxurious. "The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back."

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer.
