Towels, linen, and cleaning are always included. Prices based on four guests, and are subject to change.

Fantastic standard, north facing, panoramic view, and the following essentials:

Sleeps up to seven people. Two doubles, three singles, alternatively, Three doubles, one single. Cots and high chairs available.

Three bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms, kitchen with walk in pantry, laundry.

Everything-built-in kitchen, including a coffee machine for those morning cappucinos!

Needs a little maintenance
There were various issues my friends and I discovered. Such as; the upstairs toilet button being absent, bathroom faucets loose, about 1/4 of the light bulbs were out upstairs. Other than that it was fine.

Lost my full booking cost because we were in lockdow
Despite trying hard to find a mutually beneficial arrangement this property was not willing to change my booking as we could not attend as we were in strict mandated lockdown. I would be extremely careful booking this property as they are not willing to work with you at all. Stayz also does not have a solution for the situations when the government mandates a completely unforeseen lockdown. I am extremely disappointed to lose so much money.

Great house for a group of friends
We had a fun weekend here. There is one bedroom with 3 beds in it, and it's a bit dingy but the other two rooms are great. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Nice area, easy to walk down to Kiama although not around the corner. We were on a walking weekend - Gerringong to Kiama - beautiful!
