Due to festival no alternate accommodation was available in Berry, Kiama, Wollongong. We braved it for 1 night and cancelled our second night as the room was uninhabitable. Despite promising a refund, they later said the terms and conditions stated refunds were not an option, even though the room was uninhabitable and not fit for purpose.
