Property includes aircon but this only covers main living/kitchen areas, main bedroom and second lounge area to the back of apartment has to make do with breeze from an enclosed terrace, but here there are no door screens. Fans (or aircon) in both these areas would improve the apartment, also a new ironing board. Otherwise property has good kitchen/dining facilities, washing machine ...
