"The hitel is great, ita perfect for family and kids. We had access pool and that was one of the best room in Thailand. The staff was nice but not so useful, we try to ask thung in the restaurants and they make a face. The other stuff was very nice and helpful "

"My wife and I spent 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in April, 2024. The room and beach were great. The facility itself is enormous, far more so than I had realized when I booked our stay. It's a Marriott, so expect meals to be priced double (or triple) what you might pay at nearby (and far less fancy) restaurants; indeed, meals were priced a good bit higher than what we had paid at similar or nicer hotels in Seam Reap, Bangkok and Hanoi. Perhaps the absence of high end...

They then tried to put us in a triples bed room with 2 single beds pushed together. I arranged the romantic dinner..and it was a surprise.. yet TWICE staff approached me in the days before the meal to confirm details of the surprise meal. "
