"Terrible check in experience. Waited a long time..they wouldn’t show us to our room and we didn’t get a welcome drink or towel (others did). They then tried to put us in a triples bed room with 2 single beds pushed together. I arranged the romantic dinner..and it was a surprise.. yet TWICE staff approached me in the days before the meal to confirm details of the surprise meal. "

"Boutique oasis virtually hidden from the beach and road yet with gardens true to the tropics. Some of the rooms are showing their age but, for us at least, it is a small price to pay to stay in a price of heaven. Pleased to see them adhere to ‘adults only’ The beach is 5km of white sand often with less than a dozen people on it. Fantastic food can had in the hotel and along the beach. "I absolutely loved this place. The staff here are very kind, attentive, and helpful. I left for five days and returned, and they gave me the same room with a "welcome back" message and in-person greetings. They were awesome. The service exceeded my expectations, and the room was lovely. The food was good, atmosphere great, design and aesthetic cool, breakfast epic, etc. All at a very reasonable price (ridiculous price for me coming from Miami). 5 stars"

"The bungalow we had was very big and in good condition the staff were amazing our airport transfers that we ordered didn't show up on time the staff at reception called them and sorted everything out they were amazing the only thing I can say negative about the place was the breakfast not much to choose from "

The evening buffet was truly amazing with a very extensive range of food much of it being prepared individually for you. Situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and an amazing pool. Fabulous!!"
