"Kindred Resort is a beautiful new addition to Keystone with the potential to become one of the area’s premier mountain hotels. Our stay started with excellent valet service and a warm, efficient check-in. The property has a modern mountain design that feels upscale yet relaxed. Rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully appointed, with comfortable beds, great A/C for summer, a large shower, quality bath products, and a generously sized mini fridge. The pool area is well designed, with comfortable cabanas and a temporary poolside bar. There are also three restaurants onsite plus a separate hotel bar, where the staff were especially friendly and engaging. Lula’s was the main disappointment. Our dinner server was wonderful, but the kitchen was extremely slow. Breakfast was worse, with poor service, another long kitchen delay, and pancakes that tasted far below what we would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Kindred’s greatest asset may be its location. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the immediate proximity to River Run Village is hard to beat. Given that Kindred had been open less than two months, some growing pains are understandable. We will absolutely return and hope the restaurant operations improve as the resort settles in."

"We stayed in River Bank Lodge 2921. We really enjoyed the large windows in the living area overlooking the river. Just a heads up, the tub/shower is a whirlpool style and requires stepping over an approximately 18" side wall."

"We loved our stay, it was a little confusing at first to get the keys but we got it. Lovely views! Nice and clean. 2 window cranks were broken and it would have been nice to open them because the weather was gorgeous! Other than that small detail, we had a great stay."

"The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our large family weekend away. Karen (the host) is very responsive when we had questions and was very willing to help us figure out alternatives when we thought the pool would be out of commission. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation."
