Should have a sheet or binder with how to get on internet. Things to do around the area. What doors worked with combo. Even the check in process, we had to contact them for a code.

Good location but last minute communication

I thought for sure we got scammed because the communication was nonexistent after many attempts with the property owner. Finally got in touch by phone on my sixth attempt and was told we would get check in code the morning of our reservation which is unsettling when traveling 12 hours not knowing if you actually have a place to stay. We were told by 8:00 am morning of check in we’d get the code. Finally called with no response at 10:45 am and then got a text with the code. So… my advice to the property owner is to communicate more ahead of time so people know you are legitimate. The house was great, plenty of room for five adults, location good in Keystone, the home was in the middle of a bunch of makeshift trailer homes but had a nice fenced in yard with a fire pit and corn hole game. I also thought the price was pretty high.

Rustic cabin like.

Rustic cabin like. As pictured except the room with two queen beds does not have a door. There was also a stale cigarette smell inside. We had a good family time overall.

Hello, this was a great VRBO. Overall it was a great stay. Communication with the owner could have been better. I messaged multiple times prior to my arrival and did not get a reply but otherwise amazing!!

Great size for our party of 8. Beautiful views. Perfect location, close to town and access to highways to get to all the sights.
