Every item in the house is very special and has meaning from beautiful art work to ceramic pieces to items dating back to the colonial era- all beautifully and lovingly preserved by Greg (the landlord) as part of his family heritage. Very very clean house and has everything, including dishes, coffee maker, silverware, toiletries, magnifying mirror, etc. Beautiful grounds with fig and other fruit...

"It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future"

"Cute property, great college vibe. You’ll hear dogs/cats/people in adjoining apartments as if they’re in same room as you. Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property."

"We needed a place to stay while putting our boat away for hurricane season in Green Cove Springs. This appartmwnt was 3 minutes away from the marina. We appreciated having a laundry facility and a fully equipped kitchen. The parking was right by the door which facilitated our moving. The master bedroom bed was the best mattress/bed I have slept in! Extremely comfortable!"

The beds were not queen size beds as listed and we were scheduled for 4 days and only had 4 small wash clothes for showering. We purchased some of our own. We did appreciate the washer and dryer on the premises and the temperature was comfortable."
