10/10 Excellent
"Stayed just one night and wished we had stayed longer. Phil on the reception desk was so helpful. The property is like new and so tranquil, with a shuttle bus every hour into the town centre. We were given an allowance of 20% off food at the restaurants which we did not use so Phil, without asking, waived our parking fee to make up. Now that's something I have never experienced at any other hotel. Please visist this hotel, you will not be disappointed."

"Room was very very clean at a point that i could smell the cleaning products very efficiently, the room was updated but the air conditioner wasn't in front or on the side of the bed its was just on top of the main door so at night it was kind of hot , outdoor patio was excellent with hammocks and nice view , the small beach at the back needs some maintenance but its okay in general , front desk lady was nice"

"Beautiful updated hotel, loved the bar and the lobby . Our room was perfect after we moved to the 6th floor . The first room was not great . We liked the newer section much better . Loved the bikes and the location. Elevators need to be updated and they need to add another one . Would stay here again ."

"I found it weird you had to go to the pool to order your lunch or dinner and then go wait in the lobby for it to be delivered. The breakfast crew were excellent. The shuttle bus was very nice although the drop off point could have more in the middle of town."

"Hotel is mainly nice and staff friendly, however, they charge $63/day for a "resort" fee yet there is nothing other than a pool and beach umbrella and chairs included in that price... big ripoff. All the water sports cost extra. Property is undergoing renovation so some areas closed and noisy during day. Beach had lots of seaweed which they did clean up on 3rd day. Pool cabannas cost over $300/day. Parking is $50/day."

"Joe at the front desk was very helpful. We did have a few issues with housekeeping and being able to get into our room. On four separate occasions, we had to come and have someone readjust the lock on our door because our keys did not work. We did enjoy the complementary coffee each morning."
