"The property was great as well as the staff. Only issue was that several of the guests felt it necessary to "reserve" the lounge chairs around the pool deck for themselves by leaving used towels and or personal items to "mark" the territory. Of course most of those lounge chairs were in the sparse shady areas around the pool. Suggested to staff that upon upon check in, that maybe they could add an item to their list reminding guests that reserving lounge chairs around the pool area is not...

"The property was beautiful, clean, and close to Duval action. The only negative was that we stayed in the property across the street and had to lug our bags up a huge flight of stairs to get to our room. Otherwise, everything was great! "

"Very nice historic district property. There is a common area patio and covered breeze way for breakfast and sitting area. Room was spaciouse and comfortable. Only negative is be sure to check under the futon for sheets and lankets before the stay leaves at 6:00 PM. Ours only had extra pillows so we had to use the sheet off the queen bed. Also, Duval street is a 8 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car parked at the property and walk and bike taxi everywhere we wanted to go."

"The property was beautiful and relaxing. The landscaping and pool were exquisite.It was a great little hideaway. We will definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t love was the shared door between the suites and the studio. They need more soundproofing. If you rented the whole cottage for a family it would be fine, but you can hear everything your suite mates say. They need to rent as a whole property or close up the door with a wall and make them truly separate units. We were fortunate and...

"The property is picturesque, the foliage is so beautiful and well manicured. From check in to check out was great. Susan who introduced herself and each person that helped her in the kitchen. Victor who also introduced himself helped me to identify a few trees in the courtyard. Fantastic stay and would recommend the Duval House"
