VACATION HOME IS LOCATED IN KEY COLONY BEACH just a 2-3 Minute Walk to the Private Members Only "CABANA BEACH CLUB" where you receive a Pass.

Welcome to our Casa Mar Azul III, an upscale and luxurious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath newly constructed home (Duplex Home) with a private heated pool that sleeps 8 people. Located at 260 Sadowski Causeway in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. So this home sleeps 8 people. Both bathrooms are Full size bathrooms. (Master Bathroom has double vanities).
One boat trailer may be parked on the driveway and trailer tongue must be 20 feet from Centerline of the Street per City Rules. (Smaller boat trailers can be parked inside the 2 car garage if it fits).

*** You Will Receive a "BEACH PASS TO THE "CABANA BEACH CLUB " and is located within a 3-4 minute walk from our vacation home. ***
Please take note! Our home is SMOKE-FREE and CLEAN and NO PETS PLEASE. WE HAVE FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET!

THE CABANA CLUB that has a huge swimming pool, whirlpool, restaurant, snack bar, café, beach, lounge chairs, patio table and beach lounge chairs and more.

Great Hosts, House and Location

We encountered a couple of items that needed to be addressed. The hosts were prompt and took care of everything. Just can't say enough about the personal care and service they provided. The house has a great layout and is convenient to getting in and out of Key Colony. The dock and pool were perfect for our needs. Really loved this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this house was perfect for our family. My grandsons thought the pool was WONDERFUL. We also loved the close proximity of the cabana club/ocean. House was clean and spacious for the 6 of us.

Beautiful home. Nice pool. Good location

Windy week which prevented us from getting out on the big water to fish. We did some lobstering in the bay. The home location is downtime street from where we lived in KCB. We know the area, and picked the best home that we could find in KCB with easy access to the water.

Best vacation ever!

Property and location were beautiful. House was spacious and clean. The Cabana Club was a great place to chill, eat lunch and have a few drinks. We saw manatees and several fish in the canal. We would definitely stay here again. We took a kayak tour with Keys Kayaks, swam with the dolphins at Theatre of the Sea, snorkeled to see Christ of the Abyss with Silent World Dive Center and visited Aquarium Encounters. All were excellent.

Perfect Location and Clean

John and Aileen were very helpful in the entire reservation process and provided us with all that we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and included daily visits from the local manatees. Snapper fishing right off of the dock and the pool is larger than the photos represent. We would highly encourage you to consider this property. You won't regret it!

Great place

The location was great. The home was great. The cleanliness was great. The signs on the fridge, on the wall, and all the emails did not make us feel very welcomed. Everywhere you look there are signs threatening to charge you for the garbage, breaking a shelf in the fridge, blah blah. We travel a lot, and have never stayed at a place with so many “warnings”, it did not feel welcoming, felt like we were a burden. Other than that no complaints, my suggestion - make people feel welcomed with your words.

Fl Keys Vacation

This property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Very nice appliances. Huge kitchen island for preparing food and to eat at. Nice dining room area also. Desk with fast speed WiFi. Large living room with very comfortable furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Main bedroom had nice bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Very nice private pool with lounge chairs. Nice Weber grill. We brought our 33 ft Grady White 330 Express boat. The boat dock was perfect. Nice rubber bumpers on dock piling. Good hookup for power. Good hose for washing down boat. Easy access by boat to ocean. Marina at end of canal had rec gas 90, ice and bait. House had freezer in garage for fish bait. The owners, John and Eileen were so nice to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our 2 week vacation. Highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful stay in Key Colony Beach!

My wife and two adult daughters stayed at this wonderful home last week. Between the spacious floor plan, cleanliness of the home, the outdoor pool area and all the comforts of home, this house was perfect for our annual Keys vacation! PROS: Washer and dryer were a huge plus along with all the kitchen amenities, like dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. Master bath has two sinks, all bedrooms had lots of closet and drawer space. MINOR CONS: The sliding door was a little tough to open and close. One of the outside lounge chairs was cracked, the small bathroom tub got clogged quite a bit. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back to this lovely home. The Cabana Club was a short 5 minute walk. Enjoyed their pool, restaurant and bar area. The beach was private, peaceful, clean and very beautiful. The only downside to our stay is that we didn't stay longer! I would highly recommend this vacation home for anyone looking to enjoy beautiful Key Colony Beach. Special thank you to John for being extremely responsive and helpful with regards to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Relaxing week in the keys

Very comfortable stay. We enjoyed having plenty of room and the pool was a nice addition. The Beach Club is a very short walk and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The beach is small, but we always found a place to sit. Most nights we walked to Sunset Beach and enjoyed “celebrating” the sunset with the people of the community (singing included). Even my college age daughter enjoyed this and thought it was so cute and “wholesome”

Great place

The house is conveniently located in the keys. We were able to get Key Largo and Key West for our daily excursions. It was great to come back each day and enjoy the heated pool or go to Havana Jacks for happy hour. The house was clean, with plenty of room for 6 adults and in a great neighbourhood to go walking. John was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The only suggestion I have is to supply laundry detergent. I always like to do a couple of loads to help the cleaning people flip the house.
