"When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready and when I did get a room, it was the wrong room Then I had to come all the way downstairs to get the right room key and the plumbing in the room with the shower is on. It sounds like a boat when the rooms around you take a shower you still hear that same noise. The toilet water comes out of the toilet when you flush it. I did not enjoy my stay. I hope this helps."

"Need to advertise that parking is valet only with a nightly charge, as well as breakfast is not included, only if you pay extra for it as well. Very disappointed, not knowing this ahead of time"

"We got in 1130 and needed food-we timed it as the marketing said in room till 12 but we called 1130 and they said closed. We wanted to mail a few items as marketing said package receiving and mailing but there were no stamps-please update amenities features to revise times and features."
