"This was our second time here for an overnight stay Parking is good Room was spotless and lively toiletries Staff throughout were lovely, friendly and helpful We had a Sunday roast and breakfast at the Feathers both delicious We had a much larger room the first time and room 19 small in comparison but still lovely Only suggestion we would make is for music during dinner and breakfast as when other customers are seated close to you, you can easily hear each other’s conversation Highly recommended"

"Breakfast was fantastic. Should be a better buffet option, but the hot food was fantastic. Staff were incredible. Rooms are from the 1970s. "

"I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

"Service and location, restaurant/bar were all amazing especially the breakfst hamper in the room. The building shows some signs of age (noise from otehr rooms and floor board creaking) but the whole experience of staying here for 2 nights with our dog was lovely especially as we travelled without a car. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. highly recommend."

".A really enjoyable stay from start to finish. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made a big difference. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast was just as good. The location is in a quiet and peaceful village and the beer garden was a great bonus. We’d happily stay here again."

"Was slighty disappointed that the evening meal menu was limited. Would of also been nice to know you had to book the swimming pool for a half hour slot. Saw nothing on that on the website. Lockers in changing roo. Could do with amd update and maybe some mats on the floor coming out of the shower, was worried about slipping on the floor. But the service was good and friendly. Lovy touches in the room like a free cookie and complementary drinks. Love the furniture old stuff re vamped into tables and useful objects. Do think it is a bit overpriced for the rooms. But would stay again."
