    Kitchen/dining: With electric oven, elctric hob, microwave, fridge and slate floor.

    Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

    First Floor:

    Bedroom 1: With double bed.. All electric, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot available.. Parking permit for 1 car in nearby car park. 1 small dog welcome. Visit England 3 Star.. Number 4 The Plosh is a traditional cottage in a fairly quiet location, yet only 100 yards from the town centre. This spacious one bedroom cottage is perfect for couples seeking comfortable, economically priced accommodation and a central base. It is laid out over 3 floors, with the dining/kitchen and shower room on the lower ground floor, the lounge is on the ground floor and features an ornamental fireplace, whilst the double bedroom is upstairs on the first floor. Keswick’s amenities are literally on the doorstep, including the renowned George Fisher’s outdoor shop, restaurants, pubs and many more independent shops.

Smell of damp when entering property.

Smell of damp when entering property. Damp patch on ceiling above boiler, had obviously been there for some time as fungus growth on it. Several light bulbs blown.

Great cottage,,toilet on lower floor is a bit of a bind when bed is on top floor,although this is as advertised ,all other facilities were good
