"We used this cute little cottage as a stop off on the way to Scotland. Loved the views from the garden and having breakfast on the terrace while watching the sheep with their lambs. Close enough to Keswick for amenities but far enough away to be very peaceful and quiet."

"This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again."

"New kitchen, nice living room, small bathroom and double room. A good number of DVDs. We found ourself comfortable in the cottage, if you plan to stay in 3 or more people you may want an additional bathroom. Internet connection good enough. We would stay again"

"We all enjoyed staying in the property. It had plenty room and did not feel over crowded with 8 of us staying there. The water pressure for the showers was very good. Plenty plates/cutlery etc in the kitchen. Small point was that the oven took a very long time to cook anything but otherwise all good. We would come back."

"The cottage is in a great location for the northern lakes giving easy access to Ulleswater, Grasmere and Windermere. The house was very clean and contained everything you would expect. Although there is a shower head in the bath it’s not easy to use as there is no shower curtain or screen. The jacuzzi was very nice though once you got the bath to a nice temperature. The heating control was a little lacking. We could not turn the temperature down in the middle single bed room and this room...

"Small but perfectly formed would sum up this cottage. Very comfortable with every convenience provided. The cottage is in the centre of Keswick opposite the Co-Op and has a parking space which is very useful. We would definitely stay again and would recommend."

"Such a cost, warm and welcoming cottage. Instantly feels like a home away from home. Superbly equipped and near to some of the most surrounding walks and tells such as Skiddaw and (right above) Blenchathra. Parking right outside the lodge too (if your car isn't too big!), which is really handy for unpacking. Check in/out is easy. Easy to find too. Will definitely be returning! Great for couples or people on their own."
