"Three of us stayed here for five days and had more room than we knew what to do with! The home was spacious, clean and ideally located--the Guadalupe River was in the front yard! And it was a 3 minute walk to one of the best seafood restaurants in Kerrville. The owner was also extremely swift in responding to messages... sometimes within minutes. We'll definitely be back."

"This was the perfect location for a fun, family hill country getaway. The house was spacious, 3 bedrooms with two having long beds was perfect for grandparent, parents and kids. Easy water access straight from the house, large open concept kitchen with all appliances you’d need, an awesome front patio with fire place and the best back patio with swing bench, heaters if cold, and spectacular views! Above all, very kid-safe with patio deck safety gate and locks on doors (if you have an escape artist like me). 10/10 - couldn’t have loved more. "

"We absolutely love this place. The Property manager Omar and his wife are such amazing people. We truly feel like family when we come here. The property is so relaxing. There is a nice walking trail, it's quiet, the cottages are cozy and well stocked with everything you need, there is a pool and Jacuzzi as well. "
