"The interior of the unit was neat and tidy. However there was an odd odor that has stayed on our belongings after multiple cleanings. There is a deodorizing plug in located in the bedroom. It only added to the odor. The backyard was okay but there was a pile of discarded house goods."

"My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!"
