"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all...

"Perfect for our needs. We had one evening before heading to Prague. This stay was easy to access from the airport, we had a taxi drop us off. It was very close to the subway though and easy to access. It was very clean and comfortable and quite roomy. "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"We had wonderful communication with the host and she was there to welcome us and show us around the place. She provided lots of good information about how to get into the city centre by the subway which is very close by. She also told us where to park our car during our stay for a reasonable rate. Everything we needed was there in the apartment. Of course being in an apartment in the middle of a large city means it is noisy and busy, but we felt very safe as two female travellers in this place."

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

The positive aspects of this hotel were that its location was good (close to the underground, close to the tram station and about 15minutes away from one or two very nice parks). The feature i was disappointed about was that the bathroom was way too small! One person could barely fit inside, the shower didn't work properly and the sink leaked quite a bit."
