"We had a comfortable stay, food ok but nothing special, found the hour slot for breakfast 8.30-9.30am odd, most hotels have better times, especially when you are on holiday you don't want to be looking at your watch all the time, breakfast was buffet cereal, toast, yoghurt and juices, with a cooked breakfast to order, unfortunately a couple of mornings had to ask for bread, bowls, juice as not kept stocked up, only one member of staff serving breakfast. "The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

"The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used.
