Charming boutique hotel steps away from the waterfront in Kenora. Room was elegant and comfortable, and the owners were welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend to solo travellers or a couple.

The room was well stocked and very stylish. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice continental breakfast. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot. And the Host was very friendly and available by text. Very nice stay!!

This was such a great place to stay. Nicole and Nacho have done a wonderful job with this vintage building. Everything you need is available to you. The room was so wonderful and paid a lot of attention to detail and even though you’re in a small space, it doesn’t feel small. Also the breakfast bar is full of nice items and homemade goodies- nice way to start your day. Keurig and kettle in your room with assortment of coffees and teas. Honestly just pure joy in this room. Also the whole building was immaculate and is truly a gem.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Stone House! Nicole, our host, could not have been sweeter. She greeted us when we arrived, offered to help with our bags, showed us around, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. She also recommended The Vault Social House for dinner—an absolute hidden gem and one of those local recommendations we never would have found on our own! The Stone House was lovely, but Nicole's hospitality really made the stay special. Warm, welcoming, and personal—exactly what you hope to find while traveling. We would absolutely stay here again!

Suite in a 4 suite, 100 year old building in the downtown. Convenient location with a view of the lake. Clean, quiet rooms. Room had all the amenities, coffee, tea etc. and the owner baked every night and served fresh home baking for breakfast. Definitely worth the money......

Stone House was exactly as advertised. Nicole and Nacho we great hosts. Very friendly and helpful whenever we spoke. The room aesthetic was very much our style, we loved it! The fresh banana bread with the continental breakfast was delicious. We came for Canada Day festivities and the location of our accommodations couldn't be better. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The harbour was just a few minutes away, as well as great restaurants. Would definitely book here again.
