"Fabulous hotel and staff! Only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto’s shopping district and situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off the main road, Hotel Muso was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean, beautiful, and super comfortable. We loved the amenities and layout. The staff was just as wonderful. Kind, caring, and very attentive when we checked in and out and throughout our stay. They even delivered a complimentary brunch! Hotel Muso is...

The staff is helpful and friendly, just a chat away using their cool interactive pad accessible in the room. Our room had a washer/dryer and they provided detergent, which helped us get reset for our time in Kyoto. Did I mention it’s spacious! We had...

"The check in was fast, efficient and welcoming. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel location was away from the train station but was in an older neighborhood with lots of dining, small bars and shopping. The neighborhood was quaint, had a river walk and fun and beautiful to walk around. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of Kyoto and was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was half order and half buffet. The choices were eggs Benedict and French toast. Both were amazingly...
