"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. "Overall, it’s a great hostel. Quite modern and the best thing is the location because it’s very easy to get public transportation from nearby and is just a few mins walk to Tower Bridge. Earlier, I was a bit worried how will I sleep without AC but the fans helped and it was much better than my expectations. Overall, I wish I was able to connect with a lot of travellers, maybe group walking tours or something like that could’ve helped. "

"This is easily the best hostel i've been to! It's actually better than mutliple hotels i've been to! The floors, the beds, everything is clean and it smells good. As a female traveler, it also helped alit to have a bar and parties in the hostel! It was easier for me to socialize without having to be out late at night! I literally have nothing bad to say! Kudos to the owners and maintenance crew! "

"Is a good place but those sheets I was hitching there in the night. I wouldn’t trust those sheets on the bed . Privacy zero it’s a hostel what you expect . Receptionist where great but the facilities look broken and hold it’s a fast and convenient place for just 1 night, if you spend more than that it becomes a depressive place . I don’t really know how people live there for months . "

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests.
