Saw plenty of wild alligators & bird life.
Highlight was watching an osprey (fishing eagle ) diving for fish.

"We recently took a family vacation to Florida with our three children, aged 6, 5, and 2, with the expectation of having some downtime at the rented property. However, upon our late arrival on the first night, we noticed several issues. The main entrance door lacked a screen door, and the owner's response was that it had been removed due to guests locking themselves out. This became our first concern. Further inspection revealed rust in some of the showers, a sliding glass door in the bedroom...

"the apartment is comfortable and pleasant but the air conditioning does not work, there is only a ceiling fan in the main room and in the living room. They did not give us the card for the pool area and it was a problem to pay and get the lockbox code."

"Juan was a great host answered emails promptly. There were 6 kids and 6 adults house was just the right size and the kids loved the pool liked having a gate around pool for little ones. "

"It was overall good experience. Property management company was very responsive. There was an issue with pool heating, for which they offered a refund for the amount charged for heating. Parking is the only catch, not a big deal, but can park only two large SUVs in the driveway and street parking is not allowed. There are other location in the community for parking. One is right across the street from home, but you may not always get a spot there "
