"No hair dryer, no extra towels, not enough kitchen utensils, no cutlery at all. Needed to cut meat and there was not one knife to use on our steaks. No grill for our steaks either. Two sinks leaking when water turned on. Mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable with both my husband and I sinking towards the middle and sheets on two bedrooms were filthy. "

The note that was left stated for us NOT to use the decorative pillows and covers on the beds because it’s for decoration (understandable); however, there wasn’t anything left to replace them."

This VRBO is a 5-STAR must stay when visiting Melbourne, Coco Beach or the USSSA Space Coast Complex for softball. This VRBO has it all and provided all for us during our stay. We had to cook for over 30 HANGRY softball girls and their families and this unit provided everything to make it happen. "Clean, comfortable and amazingly well equipped for a short or extended stay. Close to the pool and an exercise, recreation facility that exceeds expectations. (No trip to the gym necessary when staying here - it has all you need.) While we were a small group it is easy to see how a large family or group of friends could share a few, or many, days at this location."

"We did find many challenges. It seems that the owner is a bit on the cheap side and is looking to save money on utilities. Too many limits on the HVAC temp ranges and low wattage lightbulbs were annoying. Dim lighting made reading in the evening a challenge. If you spend time in the unit and like watching television you will be frustrated with the Roku TV device. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and routinely drops, particularly in the bedrooms. Most of the time there is no reception which also impacts...
