"I wasted 1hour 20 minutes at the airport upon arrival from Nairobi because guesthouse didn’t send driver to pick me up. We had full agreement to meet me with name picket. With the help of airport information desk, guesthouse was called and sent driver. It took another hour. Check in employee asked 150 R for the pick up which is 50 R higher than showed in their policy. Very poor business. No soul !"

"We were told that we could have a welcome drink. When we came down the drinks were all consumed. Suggest give a voucher to get the drink from the bar rather than depend on first come first serve basis. People check in at all odd hours."
