I paid for two nights but had to cut my losses and leave after the first night and pay for somewhere else. It was a smooth airport pickup and checking-in. Great job on that. However, the room was really cold. This is late May 2025. I went back to the front desk and reported this. They had to get someone to turn the heater unit on from the outside. It find it lacking that they had prepared the room and keys for an easy check-in but had not turned the heat on. So the person did turn the heat on but the panel heating panel on the wall was totally inadequate to heat the room. I checked in, in the late afternoon, until 10 pm there was still little or not heat and I still had to be in my street clothes and coat. By then it was obvious that it was not getting any warmer, I went back to the front desk to request a change of room. I was told that all the rooms are like that and was given three or 4 blankets. I ended up sleeping in my full street attire with the use of the blankets. I just found another place online and checked out the next morning. Upon checkout they asked me if I was not staying the two nights, I told her no, because it was too cold and I don't want to get sick. She said OK and not not even a word or gesture of apology. Normally I'd try to get a refund but I am a lone traveler in a strange country and want no issues so I just forgot about it.
