"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Florian ist ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und immer für einen netten Austausch da. Mit seinem guten Geschmack hat er die Wohnung so liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Sogar ein Fahrrad um kurz in die Stadt zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Super Lage, nicht weit ins Zentrum mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und viele tolle Restaurants fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Cons: ... dass ich so schnell wieder abreisen...

"Ruhige Lage, schöne EFH drumherum. Allerdings: Als Mensch, der nicht mehr gut zu Fuß ist, ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Das Schloss zur Wohnungstür war irritierend, anscheinend erfolgte ein Einbruchsversuch. Der Toilettensitz sollte ausgetauscht werden. Für den Gebrauch der Kaffee- und Waschmaschine wäre eine Gebrauchsanweisung nützlich."

"Die Wohnung hat den Erwartungen nicht entsprochen, anders als im Inserat: nur 2 Zimmer KB, kein Disney Channel; außerdem an lauter Durchfahrtsstraße und Weg zur Innenstadt zu Fuß sehr ungünstig "

"We loved the property, the location, and the city. We were visiting southern Germany from the US and wanted a location that enabled us to quickly get to many locations in Bavaria. Kempton was perfect. The condo is well located near, the pedestrian street in downtown Kempten where lots of restaurants and shopping are located. The condo was clean and the amenities were as advertised. The photos accurately depicted what we found. We would choose this condo again, if we return to Bavaria."
