"We stayed in room 1B in the Vernon Place Courtyard. Was a really convenient location right in the town centre, so all the shops and amenities that location offers. Excellent communication from our host and plenty of easy free overnight parking nearby in the council car parks (free after 8pm till 8am or 10am on Sundays at time of review) . "It was a lovely stay, in a tiny town, the bell inn does lovely food with a great atmosphere! The room I had was lovely and cozy with the world’s biggest bath. Bindy the owner was lovely, she made me two lovely breakfasts and I got to meet her very cute furry friends! "Perhaps I made the wrong choice but I did not enjoy my night and left before my (paid for) second night. There was one light in the room, a table lamp that was damaged and could not be altered. There were supposed to be towels in the showers but they were face flannel sized. I am really not sure what the people running the facilities were trying to achieve, but it was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Never again."
