Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Hi speed Wi-Fi, black out curtains (bdrms only). Circle driveway, corner lot. BBQ grill and corn hole out back. Make it a cozy stay with patio dining and small lake view. Enjoy your beverage on the front patio looking up at the majestic Mt. Konocti. Fully fenced yard. Short minutes away is the famous konocti harbor resort & spa has live entertainment, restaurant, boat launch with gas, EV charging, and a pool. Wine tasting nearby.
The space
Fully fenced - chain link and a a pull through driveway makes it convenient for multi vehicles. Close to the lake with a small lake view. The air is fresh and smells good. The yard is pollinator friendly. Pets welcome. BBQ grill and corn hole out back.
Guest access
Easy access on a corner lot with 2 driveways. House key is secured in a lockbox that open both front and back door, located in a black box at the front left corner of the house - Host will send a code. The shed is open for landscape maintenance. Please don’t pick the fruit trees.
Other things to note
The home is stocked with cooking seasonings, coffee, creamor, butter, popcorn, mayo, mustard and catchup. Dog towels are in the linen closet.
