The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Checkout Time: 11AM •Gather used towels, sheets and pillowcases. Place in front of the washing machine. •Throw trash away. Dumpster provided at the North end of the building. •Clean coffee pot.
•Please ensure dishwasher is loaded and the load has been started. We are happy to unload when we are there cleaning. •Set thermostat to 65 degrees during winter months. Turn off during summer months.
•Turn things off: Coffee pot, lights, tv, fans, etc. •Close windows and lower shades. •Lockup.

This was a comfortable stay that had everything we needed for a weekend of sking. Some of the furniture could be a little ikea style and the wall between units is not sound proof, but the location is great for getting to the mountain. The host was great at communication.
