"Our stay was pleasant; the house was clean and orderly and had a nice old-style vibe with the furniture and decorations. The only thing that marred the experience was a faulty fridge that the property owner was very responsive about and they organised for a replacement fridge while we were still there. There was a second smaller fridge available as well, so we were able to keep some of the more sensitive foodstuffs in that while the new fridge was being organised."

"Lovely stay at Alencon. We hope to come again.Clean, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful views from main lounge room and dining area. Excellent heating options (fires or aircon). Kitchen was great with plenty of kitchenware, cookware, appliances etc. Even a study nook with desk for a little work away from home. Family and pet friendly, sliding doors made it easy to manage different areas of the house. Wonderful access to bush tracks and a short walk up to Blackheath shopts or down to rocket park!"

"We stayed in one of their three bungalows on beautiful pond below main building. Really nice although a lot a small details were off (no way to light fire in pit, broken toilet seat, dirty windows and so on). But overall we really liked it. "
