"Our stay was pleasant; the house was clean and orderly and had a nice old-style vibe with the furniture and decorations. The only thing that marred the experience was a faulty fridge that the property owner was very responsive about and they organised for a replacement fridge while we were still there. There was a second smaller fridge available as well, so we were able to keep some of the more sensitive foodstuffs in that while the new fridge was being organised."

"Wonderful week spent at Scarletts Place for a relaxed mountain holiday.Beautiful view over golf course. Very comfortable beds with electric blankets and extra blankets supplied if required.Well equipped kitchen and an extra plus having a washing machine and dryer.Would love to return for another relaxed mountain break."

"We stayed in one of their three bungalows on beautiful pond below main building. Really nice although a lot a small details were off (no way to light fire in pit, broken toilet seat, dirty windows and so on). But overall we really liked it. "
