"the staff were lovely and welcoming! located right in front of a tram stop, and it's in the free tram zone. easy access to the CBD. only issue is that once one of the beds were moved, we noticed nothing had been vaccumed underneath it. you also can't take a lift from ground floor to your room floor, you must go up a flight of stairs and THEN take a lift. this wasn't a problem for me, but if someone is in a wheelchair and/or movement impaired, it becomes inaccessible. other than this, a pleasant...

"The friendly, casual customer service provided by the staff at reception when we arrived was fantastic, was easy and precise, no issues at all. The apartment we had was ideal, clean and just what we wanted and only thing I could fault was no exhaust fan in the bathroom but otherwise overall was a good experience. Perhaps next time we would prefer to stay in an apartment on a higher level with a better city view. "

"The room pictured on the booking was not the one I received however, the staff are helpful and polite. They said to ensure you message ahead if you need a room with a bath even though it was in the listing I booked. Breakfast was amazing and the airport transfer service was great."

"Needs updating in some areas although having stayed several times we can see improvements. Barest provisions so take milk, snacks, wine etc for yourself. Could be slightly more generous with towels too. Shower lovely! Be aware rooms have a step up to the bathroom area. Bed very clean and comfortable , lovely blanket provided on beds much appreciated last night with the cold weather. "
