"Such a fantastic hotel. The room size for 4 people was brilliant and what a view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. So conveniently located close to two shopping malls and train station right outside the hotel. Also a Lawsons attached to the hotel which is great for a cheap lunch or dinner on the go. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay. "

"The property itself was in good condition but the room needs some basic maintenance. The shower acted like a bath as the drain was partly clogged. Also a couple of shower curtain hooks were broken. Also the shower head had a stray stream of water that always managed to find its way onto the floor outside the tub. But the convenient shuttle to Haneda and the free breakfast and view of the lake and other amenities more than outweighed these few maintenance glitches! "

"Had a great experience after a long night out. Overslept and almost missed checkout and was conveniently able to extend checkout a couple (very necessary) hours late from the TV. Cannot recommend this property enough!"
