Everything about our stay was perfect the staff very friendly and welcoming not to big the icing on the cake was the pool area swim and relaxing the food is something else all in all perfect 👌
Great for my wifes birthday thank you
Hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The connecting pub next door was amazing and served a really nice breakfast in the morning . Staff were really helpful and overall really enjoyed our stay. Some parts in the rooms a little dated and worn (mainly in the bathroom) but rooms were spotless and beds were nice and comfy and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.
Leeming Wells is a comfortable, well run and welcoming place to stay, relax and enjoy Brontë country. Within easy reach of the heritage railway at Oxenhope and Howarth, a range of good pubs, places to eat and visit. The pool and sauna are great for relaxing after a good walk over the moors.
A hidden gem.
Back again to stay.We love this place. The hotel has a pool and steam room which is never crowded as theres only a handful of letting rooms. The rooms are decorated nicely and the hotel staff are great.Next door is the Dog and Gun where you go for your breakfast.Hosted by Michael who is one of the best hosts ive met in the hospitality trade. The food is lovely and its never a let down.Serving lunches and mains and Sunday dinner.I love this place and cant wait to return....AGAIN.

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Checked in at pub next door where breakfast was served. Never saw any hotel staff.
Great location middle of fields but accesible by bus to hawarth and hebden bridge, would recommend public transport to hebden bridge as murder to park there. Pub supplies a good breakfast and we had a good evening meal on the first night. Pool and sauna is nice touch but no immediate facilites so need to be prepared from you room which really isn't an issue. Rooma are clean and comfortable a bit dated but not an issue just not to expect ultra modern. Short walk around local resevoir and takes you by another local pub the Lamb where we also ate great lamb curry and chicken pie albiet very large portions. Would highly recommend a stay here
This is a hidden gem of a place.Surrounded by beautiful scenery. Its decorated beautifully and the swimming pool and steam room are a haven for relaxation. The Dog and Gun adjoins the hotel and offers a wide variety of meals so there is something for everyone. The landlord Michael is an exceptional host and served our Full English breakfast which was cooked to perfection. All in all i'd recommend this place. We will be back.
We've now stayed here on numerous occasions and always a pleasure to come back. Very peaceful & relaxing, with the benefit of the pool - especially when when it's blowing a gale outside!
Service & food excellent, next door at the Dog & Gun.
I'm sure we'll be beack again.
Absolutely in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful. Attached to a pub that, despite its location was very busy, mainly because it gave good service and lovely food. However, no noise from the pub overflowed to the accommodation. The pool area could do with a bit of an upgrade but basically ok. Only stayed for one night but would definitely return. Exactly what I needed for some overdue R&R. Having grown up in the country I had no issue with the chickens, including a vocal cockerel, wandering around although others might find the early wake up annoying. Almost a little taste of my childhood. Able to park right outside my window, felt totally safe as a female solo traveler even though I was on the ground floor which is usually a no no for me.
Lovely accommodation just as advertised.
Great staff and the food in the Dog and Gun is worth every penny.
Pool and sauna a great feature.
Will definitely stay here again
We stayed 2 nights to visit family . The room was very clean and the bed comfortable . The staff were very helpful and the full English breakfast was wonderful we will definitely stay here again on our next visit
Second stay at this establishment and again the stay was excellent.Check in on line was fast ,The rooms we had were really good, clean and comfortable.Breakfast and meals in the pub next to the rooms. One of the best attractions of the hotel is the indoor swimming pool. All in all two great stays with everyone being so friendly.
Lovely friendly helpful staff in accommodation and in pub a joined. Fab food available in pub. Lovely friendly atmosphere everywhere!
Shame we did not know the pool was closed.
Small and quiet although a lot of traffic noise as our room was right on the roadside and no double glazing.
Clean and orderly. No noise from other visitors. Staff helpful. Lovely small pool and sauna. The room was a bit on the small side, room for only one chair and we were two visitors but otherwise very comfortable. Beautiful situation and excellent walks from the hotel.
Leeming Wells is well located for a number of tourist destinations, Haworth and the Brontes, Pendle Witch tours, Penistone Hill Country Park to name a few. The room had beautiful views, was a good size and very clean. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool. Breakfast at the pub next door was generous and very tasty.
