"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"Probably the best hotel in the area with unbelievable friendly staff. The breakfast and a-la-carte food are very good. There is a shop and some other restaurants in the area but for going to the next hotspots you need a taxi or scooter."

We received excellent service from all staff throughout our stay, such as Gayatri and Defri in the restaurant, but so many others too. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and 5 stars. Great stay in Kuta!

"Sikara was a perfect place for us to stay in Kuta for our honeymoon! The service was outstanding, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. It was walkable to the many shops and restaurants nearby, but far enough away that it felt private and quiet (even with a lot of construction in the area). We loved being able to rent motorbikes directly from the hotel! It was a good deal and allowed us to explore Lombok for daily surf trips. And then follow it with an in-room massage afterward? What could be better! We both agreed we wish we could have stayed here longer. "

"My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!"

"A Hidden Gem in Lombok – Unforgettable Stay at Kalandara Resort Kalandara Resort is truly a slice of paradise in Lombok. The breathtaking view of the sea from the resort is simply magnificent – the perfect setting for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. The villa was impeccably clean, offering complete privacy, especially with the private pool and spacious layout. We especially loved the large bathtub – a perfect touch of indulgence! The food was a delightful highlight – a wonderful mix of traditional Indonesian flavours and an international selection including Japanese and Turkish cuisine. We also enjoyed the refreshing jamu served during our stay – a lovely cultural experience. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Wulan, Wulan Meiyi, Olivia, Wina, Najwa, and our kind and reliable drivers Ahyar and Emi – thank you for your warmth and hospitality.
