"A very convenient location to get to the Chania airport for about 15 to 18 euros. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Be aware that rooms on the upper floors require walking up a marble winding staircase (no elevator). The friendly helpful staff are willing to help with your luggage if you ask. Overall a great place for an overnight."

"Staff are fantastic, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Zaina is truly an exceptional face to hte hotel, always helpful, friendly and with a smile on her face. The Hotel never feels crowded even when full. Getting to the beach without having to cross a main road is great. If I was being picky I would like a wider variety of cocktails-No Mojito!!!"

"This hotel was definitely a 5 star hotel. It looked new and clean. The staff were exceptional. The amenities that we used were perfect. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day. There was also a grocery store about 2 blocks away to fill the fridge that's in the room We'd definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "
