"The hotel was absolutely lovely. The best parts of a hotel (privacy) and a Bed and Breakfast (personal touches) rolled into one location. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Some areas are definitely ready for a refresh but they do not detract from the overall experience. "

"This place was perfect! The house was adorable, clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us when we needed it. The location was great, there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when I'm in Buffalo again!"

"Place itself was quaint and well appointed. Sadly there was a snowfall the night before I arrived and the path to apartment had 3’ snow I had to go through to get to apartment. Also apartment was listed at 3 bedroom, 2 bath. I messaged owner to tell him this was not as described. His immediate reply was blaming it on me stating it was my error. I sent a screenshot of his listing that showed 3 bedroom, 2 bath and he could not refute it at that point. In fact it is 1 VERY small bedroom and one small bathroom. I stayed the one night and found alternative housing for future nights. VRBO assisted with me getting refund for the additional days. Owner offered a bottle of wine and later apologized though we did not accept. I am unsure how it was listed as 3 bedroom 2 bath when it’s 1 br and 1 bath. VRBO has since made him change the listing to be accurate. Also there were hairs and used bar soap in shower. I didn’t need to cook but appeared it had everything you would need. Again was quaint for one person or two person but my experience was quite unfortunate. "

"We had family Thanksgiving there. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and kids. Everything was in working order, sufficient dishes and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable. We all said we would definitely be happy to stay there again.Some confusion in the listing. Instructions stated entry in rear of house but actually was front so trouble with entry code until determined at incorrect door. Listing said parking in driveway but was changed to only on street parking. Signs in home also still state laundry available but is not. That wasn’t an issue."

"I am from Buffalo and my family, and I were in town for a memorial service for my uncle. We were also celebrating the amazing person he was, and life led. The house reminded us of the house where we grew up, so it was perfect. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable, convenient and the communication with the host was fantastic! Thanks for your great hospitality!"

"The design of the property was nice and it was spacious. But as we stayed we noticed some pretty major issues such as a broken door jam which makes it so the main level bathroom door right off the kitchen doesn't shut. The kitchen was missing quite a few essentials. But the biggest problem was the blanket of spiders on the exterior of the house and having to kill several spiders a day inside as well as ants in the trash and on anything left out. I alerted the owner but nothing was done. We had to duck under massive webs to get out at night. All of this made it hard to sleep. I would not stay there again because of the spiders. The house right next door was not covered in spiders and in fact we saw an exterminator there so I know it didn't need to be that way. I came home exhausted as I had a hard time sleeping knowing BIG bugs was crawling around."

"This house is well located for areas of buffalo with restaurants and shopping. The area was quiet and there was plenty of space for our family to hang out and visit after going to local tourist attractions. Everyone had plenty of space."
