"It was fantastic, I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it has a lovely location to the airport and if you take a train ride you can get to Osaka city. I love that it’s also connected to Rinku town outlets. The staff are always kind and the beds and rooms are great and bigger than some hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. I would highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet is also worth it to me. "

After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges. Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much. Arigato gozaimashita to all the staffs in The Premium Hotel in Rinku."
