"The shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel was very easy, check-in was smooth (although finding the elevator to floor 10 and higher was tough), and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has an Italian buffet at dinner, which looked delicious but we were too tired after our flight from the US East Coast (with a layover in Canada) to eat that type of meal. "

"We spent a few days in Narita as we waited for our long flight back home from our trip to Tokyo. They have a free shuttle that took got us to downtown and the mall for free. Free bus shuttle from airport to hotel just plan ahead. Not a new hotel but everything worked and was clean. We enjoyed Narita more than I expected and we have good memories."

We took the shuttle to the airport to catch the Narita Express train to downtown Tokyo. Personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel."
