"Great Sky bar! Our flight was canceled by SAS and supposedly the Scandic hotels were affiliated with SAS somehow and the SAS agent had implied that this hotel might be on offer for a voucher to stay overnight. We never did receive any voucher from SAS and when we arrived anyway, the staff reported that SAS had not even requested any rooms from them. The staff were very helpful, but the lowest priced room we got had no amenities. Also, the supposed shuttle bus to the airport was only a van that seemed to run every hour, even though the airport was 5 min drive away and they can easily run every 15 minutes. As a result, there was ZERO flexibility if we wanted to get an earlier shuttle than we booked the night before. In fact, the staff seemed resigned with regards to the policy of booking the shuttle bus as early as 48 hours ahead of the need for it. I will blame the management. Luckily, we are still able to walk the 15-20 min to the airport terminal, and it was not pouring rain etc. As it was $100 kr fee to Uber to the terminal. Yay staff! Sorry you Scandic guys are still linked to SAS via your loyalty program!"

"Stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Copenhagen. About a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Check in was simple via the automatic system. Lifts were easy to access and clean. The room was a twin which was compact but ok for our purpose. The room was clean and tidy. The en suite was also compact but again clean and tidy. This is a great place to use as a base. No noise, guest or staff issues. Everything was perfectly adequate. The photos on the websites are true to form and give the dimensions of the room also so you know what you’re getting when you book. Main reception was clean and open, staff were approachable and helpful. All in all a very successful trip and wouldn’t hesitate to return."
