What you are renting is a 3 floor private Villa situated in an independent plot of 2000sqm land adjacent to 100-year-old woods, just 4-min drive from numerous beaches (private or public).

The village of Afytos where you can experience exquisite cousin, music and walk along its famous lanes, is just 1-min drive away, while for those that want to experience nightlife in Greece, the area of Kalithea is just 8-min drive away offering numerous club options.

We offer easy access to public roads, private parking within the Villa, while at the pear of N.Fokea (3-min drive) you can rent day boat tours to explore the numerous beaches and small islands that Chalkidiki is famous for.

Regarding the villa you will find two fully equipped kitchens, washing machines and spacious living rooms.

There are also two balconies to enjoy your morning breakfast, while there is an extensive garden with various levels that you can get lost from the other members of your company and enjoy moments or hours of privacy.

A note of warning though, the garden can be addictive, and you can easily lose the sense of time ....
