"After staying several times over the years at this hotel, I was disappointed with the overall and specifically housekeeping experience this time. The room was clean, when they came, which was late in the day or not at all the first day. However the bed was sloppily made 3 times in 4 days. "When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. "This was a 4 night family trip to Sopot. The office for key collection is on the edge of Town nearly 1.5 miles from the property. The bedroom is a good standard. Kitchen facility is very small and equipped with basics only. The fold down sofa for our 15 year old was in poor condition and the blinds in this area would not close properly (at angles !!) TV reception is very poor, with only 2 English channels. It's a good location close to the beach and shops... apart from that, it's quite basic....

"This location is in very convenient location. Super close to the center of Old Town, shopping boutiques and tons of restaurants. Property is dog friendly and security guard is there if you need any help. That was my first visit in this beautiful town and will be returning again for sure. Recommend."

"The property is situated steps from the beach and the Main Street with all the restaurants/attractions. This is a family resort and has many kids activities daily. It also has an awesome indoor pool. There are chairs, towels, etc. available at the beach for guest and a little snack bar setup. The breakfasts are plentiful. Definitely a great resort, very convenient. We will be returning."
