"A great variety and selection of fresh fruits and pastries. The setting is nice but can get crowded between the hours 8-9 am. I would recommend arriving early. However, be aware of the potential hidden fees if you select the inclusive lunch or dinner option during your stay. I was under the impression it was fully covered, but additional charges still applied. Staff was great and I enjoyed my time while interacting with them. "

"Very comfortable room, great pillows! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful all over the resort - including restaurant staff, tour booking staff at the lobby, gym and pool staff. Both room and resort amenities were clean and exceeded expectations. Food and drinks are resort prices but this is to be expected. Such a beautiful setting and we have so many wonderful memories. We will be returning, no doubt about it. "

"Our stay overall just simply amazing. Greeted by friend attentive staff with a cold drink and towel on arrive. Hotel room was spotless and all hotel grounds beautifully maintained. Our room had our own access to the pool which was a lovely extra. Breakfast buffet had a great choice of food and drink to meet everyone’s needs. We ate at the main restaurant, food was very good so was the cocktails. The hotel was set on the hill but there’s the option of jumping on a tuk tuk style vehicle to take you to your room. Also there are free transport to Karon beach. The place itself set in a very peaceful, tranquil setting, a very relaxing stay, would highly recommend. "

"If booking a premium room expect it to be noisy. There’s a perpetual stench of sweat lingering in the elevators and lobby that they use a scent to mask. Location is a block away from the beach. "

"Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and would help in any way possible. They would recommend tours/transfers and then book them. Food was great in the restaurant and the roof top pool is a good place to go at the end of the day with drinks and food available. The hotel is off the main road a couple of blocks which makes it very quiet but yet close enough to walk to the beach or shops. Or take a Tuk Tuk from the door, staff will arrange it. Excellent place to stay for your visit."
