We had a lovely stay. The room was newly refurbished and very comfortable and large. The staff without exception were polite friendly and helpful. We had a room with a private roof terrace with a jacuzzi and we would recommend this as the pool despite being very nice does not offer a lot of sun bathing space. Overall very good value.

We found our stay good value for the money we paid. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower reasonably powerful although not always hot but we don’t require that as we prefer cool showers. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the biggest but it was more than sufficient with fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs any style you like as well as the usual European and Thai preferences. We’d stay again so probably cant give a better review than that.

Unit is spacious especially the bathrooms, but cleanliness on the flooring could be better. Stafff are very friendly. Buffet breakfast average and many choices. The swimming pools are closing at 7pm hence we didn’t have a chance to utilize them after day trips. Free shuttle bus service provided is great.

Sødt personale - dårligt hotel

Det eneste som trækker hotellet op er deres venlige personale. Morgenmaden var kedelig, poolen var beskidt, sengene på værelset var hårde som sten og vores dør til værelset var i stykker da vi kom. Vi havde valgt hotellet fordi det lå tæt på stranden, det tog ca 20 min at gå derned. Vi var slet ikke på hotellet, men kun ude i byen. Vil man gerne bruge tid på sit hotel, så vil jeg ikke anbefale dette.

Heerlijk verblijf…lekker gezwommen en supervriendelijke service! We hadden een upgrade gekregen en het was heel ruim! Voor diegene die slecht ter been zijn. Vanuit restaurant of stad terug naar resort: het is bergop lopen. Of Bolt bestellen (goedkoper tov Grab). Karon beach is een vd mooiste stranden van Phuket! Een heerlijk restaurant is ‘sweet and sour’ niet ver vh resort af.

Room was spacious with a nice balcony and cleaned well every day. Plenty of bottled water supplied and bed was perfect. Staff were always friendly, polite and accommodating. Easy walking to beach, restaurants and bars. Sure, there are some small cosmetic maintenance issues but that’s expected under pandemic circumstances.

This is not what I would call a 4* hotel, it may have been previously but it is very tired and has seen better days. The bedding and towels were clean but at times were threadbare. There were no facilities available. The few staff that were available were friendly and very helpful. If you're looking for spacious cheap and cheerful accommodation this is it.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property was extremely disappointing. This is NOT a resort. It is a hotel. There were no amenities. Just a pool. The daily breakfast was day old rice, noodles with eggs made to order. Sliced bread and jam. Coffee and room temp juice. The water pressure was weak. WIFI worked intermittently, not working more than it did especially in the rooms. There was NO room service. The front desk did not answer the phone after 9 pm. The slats in my bed started to fall and the center of the bed sank. It was never fixed while I was there. The rooms were big and we did have a kitchen with fridge I am sure this place was nice 20 year ago... but not now. If I could, I would ask for a refund.... Do not stay here....

catastrophique !!!!

Bonjour, c’est peut-être la 10e fois que je me rends dans cette hôtel, et j’ai toujours réservé par votre site. Cette année ce fut une catastrophe, nous avons passé 24 heures sans alimentations d’eau donc sans pouvoir nous laver. Le service était une catastrophe, l’équipe avait un anglais très approximatif et ne comprenait rien. Le ménage dans la chambre était fait à la va vite. J’ai toujours aimé cet hôtel, mais cette fois-ci ce sera la dernière. Ils nous ont même facturer un verre qui s’est cassé dans la chambre Alors que ce n’était pas nous. Les fenêtres étaient cassés, impossible de les fermer. J’aurais encore plein de détails mais je suis dégoûté. Je n’ai pas pris de photos, pour pouvoir vous les envoyer comme preuve. Encore une fois c’est la dernière fois que je me rends dans cette hôtel. Et pourtant je ne suis pas un client compliqué, loin de là... Cordialement
