Golf enthusiasts will find the well-maintained Gut Batzenhof golf course nearby—perfect for a spontaneous round in a beautiful setting. You’ll find free parking right on the street in front of the house. A supermarket for your daily needs is within walking distance—perfect for anything you might need on the go.

City bus line 24 stops just 50 meters away (Taglöhnergärten stop), providing connections to the main train station and downtown every 20 minutes during the day (travel time 20 to 28 minutes).
Close to nature
Our vacation rental is located in the basement of our single-family home in a child-friendly residential area that was built in the mid-1990s. It is idyllically situated among orchards, woods, and fields. You can walk and jog to your heart’s content right from your front door.
Comfortable
The apartment, which has a separate entrance, is 60 m²
(three-room apartment) .

It includes a bathroom (with a window) featuring a shower and toilet, as well as a kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bed in bedroom 1 measures 160 x 200 cm, the sofa bed in the living room measures 120 x 200 cm, and bedroom 2 is also equipped with a bed (140 x 200 cm).

The comfortable double bed ensures restful nights, and the spacious closet provides ample room for your clothes. Entertainment is also taken care of: a 24-inch flat-screen TV is available for cozy movie nights.

This bright and lovingly furnished room offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The comfortable double bed invites you to relax, while the practical desk offers an ideal spot for working or planning your excursions. For relaxing evenings, a 19-inch flat-screen TV is available—perfect for winding down the day in comfort.

Kitchen
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining. A ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave offer you complete flexibility—whether for a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner. The convenient dishwasher makes cleaning up a breeze, and the spacious refrigerator provides plenty of room for your groceries.

Bathroom
The bright bathroom features a spacious shower where you can start or end your day in relaxation. A window provides pleasant natural light and good ventilation. The modern toilet and ample storage space for your personal items make the bathroom an all-around pleasant place to feel at ease.
