"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, super zentral gelegen. Leider war das die Woche mit 39 Grad in der Innenstadt. Trotz großzügiger Wohnung ist es uns nicht gelungen, eine Durchlüftung herzustellen, nicht mal nachts.Vielleicht wäre eine Klimaanlage eine gute Idee?"

"Gleich bei der Ankunft hatten wir hatten den ersten Schock bekommen. Der Fernseher war demoliert und auf dem Balkon lagen Kippenstummel auf dem Boden, die aus einem überfüllten Aschenbecher quollen. Sowie lauter Deckel von Schnapsflaschen. Unter einem der Betten haben sich riesige Staubflusen angesammelt, die verdeckten was sonst noch darunter lag, aber es sah aus als ob da noch eine Socke und ein Lutscher liegen würden.
