Quiet and a little distant from the main hotel areas but with the local bus stopping directly at the door. Ebikes and bicycles for hire and only a short walk to the Japanese black pine forest and beach . A pleasant change to business hotels in the city. A very pleasant stay. "

"Really nice option close to bus stops to hakata & 15min from the castle/city etc. Staff were quite and even got to checkin before 3pn which is a rarity in Japan. Fairly average breakfast though (at least the 'western' part)."

However, my mother-in-law's room was not in good condition with peeling wallpaper. We stayed at the same time as a large group of student travelers, so the noise they made was a bit disconcerting.
