"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.) "到着すると同時に丁寧な対応をして頂きとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクで頂いた和紅茶と羊羹がとても美味しかったです。お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。お風呂が浴槽に段差がある事が分からず滑りそうになりましたが、お湯はとても気持ち良かったです。お庭も綺麗に手入れしてあって早朝の散策が気持ち良かったです。朝食の白米がとても美味しかったです。"
